1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing our LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery. This battery features high safety, long cycle life, stable performance, and environmental friendliness. It is widely used in energy storage systems, electric vehicles, backup power supplies, solar applications, and other power solutions.

Please read this user manual carefully before using the battery to ensure safe operation and optimal performance.

4. Safety Instructions

Warning: Improper use may cause damage, overheating, or reduced battery life.

  • Do not short-circuit the battery terminals

  • Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, or modify the battery

  • Do not expose the battery to fire, water, or corrosive materials

  • Do not use damaged or swollen batteries

  • Keep away from children and pets

  • Use only compatible chargers designed for LiFePO₄ batteries


5. Charging Instructions

  • Use a dedicated LiFePO₄ charger with correct voltage and current

  • Ensure correct polarity before charging

  • Charge the battery in a well-ventilated environment

  • Do not overcharge or exceed the recommended charging voltage

  • Disconnect the charger once charging is complete


6. Discharging Instructions

  • Do not exceed the maximum continuous discharge current

  • Avoid deep discharge below the cut-off voltage

  • Stop using the battery immediately if abnormal heat, odor, or noise occurs

  • Ensure proper load matching with the battery specifications


7. Storage Guidelines

  • Store the battery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

  • Recommended storage SOC (State of Charge): 40%–60%

  • Recharge the battery every 3–6 months during long-term storage

  • Avoid storing the battery in fully charged or fully discharged states


8. Installation and Connection

  • Install the battery securely to prevent vibration or impact

  • Use appropriate cables with sufficient current rating

  • Ensure tight and reliable terminal connections

  • Follow correct series and parallel connection rules if applicable


9. Maintenance

  • Regularly inspect battery terminals and cables

  • Keep terminals clean and free of corrosion

  • Do not attempt internal maintenance or repairs

  • Replace the battery if performance degrades significantly
