1. Battery:

Batteries refer to cups, tanks or other containers or part of the space of a composite container containing an electrolyte solution and metal electrodes to produce an electric current, a device that converts chemical energy into electrical energy. With positive and negative electrodes. With the advancement of technology, the battery refers to a small device that can produce electrical energy. Such as solar cells. Batteries include dry cell batteries and storage batteries.

2. Storage batteries:

Filled with spongy lead lead-based plate grid (also known as lattice body) for the negative electrode, filled with lead dioxide lead-based plate grid for the positive electrode, and with a density of 1.26-1.33g/mlg/ml of dilute sulphuric acid as an electrolyte. When the battery is discharged, the metal lead is the negative electrode, the oxidation reaction occurs, resulting in lead sulphate; lead dioxide is the positive electrode, the reduction reaction occurs, resulting in lead sulphate. When the battery is charged with direct current, the two poles respectively generate lead monomer and lead dioxide. After removing the power supply, it returns to the state before discharge, forming a chemical battery.

Lead storage batteries can be repeatedly charged, discharged, its single voltage is 2V, the battery is composed of one or more monomers, referred to as batteries, the most common is 6V, others have 2V, 4V, 8V, 24V batteries. Such as car batteries (commonly known as battery) is 6 lead batteries in series into a 12V battery pack.

3. Dry cell batteries:

Battery belongs to the chemical power supply in the primary battery, is a one-time battery. Because this chemical power supply device whose electrolyte is a kind of paste that can not flow, so it is called dry cell, which is relative to the battery with a flowable electrolyte said.

Dry cell batteries are mainly used in torches, semiconductor radios, recorders, cameras, electronic clocks, toys and so on.
